Dr.
Phillips W. Brooks, D.D.S.
HALIFAX (Pennsylvania) - Dr. Phillips W. Brooks, D.D.S., age 72, of
18 North Second Street, passed away Friday, July 30, 2004 at home.
He was the owner of the P. W. Brooks Dental Practice; a graduate of
the University of Pennsylvania Dental School, Philadelphia and a former
Captain in the U.S. Army Medical Corps. He was a member of the P.D.A.;
A.D.A.; Harrisburg Dental Society and P.S.I. Omega Dental Fraternity of
the University of Pennsylvania.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly J. Brooks; a daughter, Penne
Weicker of Connecticut; a son, Kyle Brooks of Philadelphia; 2
step-daughters, Tami Creech of Smyrna, Delaware and Cari Potteiger of
Halifax; and 6 granddaughters.
Memorial services will be announced at a later date. There will be
no viewing or visitation.
