TIERSMEN

Looking for all former members of the Tiersmen (1964  thru 1970)?

I would like to have a reunion possibly the same time that Hornell holds its annual DCI show at the High School Stadium.

I would like to begin a name listing of those interesting in having a reunion so please contact me and provide your name, address, phone number, and how you were affiliated with the corps, i.e. horn, drums, color guard, drum major, parent, bus driver, or anything else that you did with or for the corps.

It has been over 40 years since that first year so lets get together.

Richard Maynard writes:

"Regarding the old Erie Railroad, Elmira-Rochester-Coopers-Line, my Great, Great, Grandfather, Franklin Maynard, was an Engineer on that line sometime during the late 1800s. He was subsequently killed in a collision of a passenger and mail train somewhere between Bath and Avoca, New York."

Anyone having knowledge of Franklin Maynard, the accident in which he died, or of who Richard could contact to obtain information, please contact:

Coach Joe Piccirillo

 Class of '46

Since I was one of 16 WWII vets to return from the service and graduate from HHS Class of '46, it would be great to hear from any veterans who read this.

Also, to any of the students I taught or athletes I coached (1949 to 1980), your emails would "make my day"!

(Send an email to HornellHome@aol.com and we will forward your mail)

Pauline VanGorder (Piccirillo) Marilynn Flaxington Meyers
Class of '45 Class of '45
I am hoping to hear from anyone from my graduating class of 1945 or others from the '40s remembering my name!

Send an email to HornellHome@aol.com and we will forward your mail

I would very much like to hear from some of my old friends that I attended Hornell High with back in 1945 (or thereabouts).
